Clientele

Please come in bare faced to your appointment. All services and products are non refundable. Clients that have no showed or cancelled 3 consecutive times will no longer be accepted as a client. No children under the age of 13 will be permitted in the facility unless accompanied by an adult.

Late

 If you arrive late, your service may be limited due to other’s scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment there will be a $50 charge as a late fee.

Cancellation

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged 50% of the service booked. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the service you were scheduled for and no show appointments will be charged 100% of service.
