New Cancellation Policy Effective May 1, 2025
Beginning May 1st, 2025, I will be implementing a cancellation policy to help ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and while I always do my best to be flexible, late cancellations and no-shows impact the schedule and other clients who may be waiting for appointments.
Here is what you need to know:

24-Hour Cancelation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance prior to your original scheduled date and time.

For any appointments canceled in the 24-hour window, will result in a fee of 50% of the total services scheduled.

For any appointments canceled the SAME day of your appointment, will result in a fee of 100% of the total services scheduled.

In the event of a “No Show”, where you do not inform me of your absence, will result in a fee of 100% of the total services scheduled.

The grace period is 10 minutes. If you are unable to arrive within the given 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and will result in a fee of 100% of the total services scheduled.

To secure your appointment, a card will be kept on file. This card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above. GS Beauty Co is NOT able to use the card on file as payment for the completed service(s). Please come prepared with Cash, Zelle or Venmo.
