Waxing Guidelines

Allow hair to grow at least 14 days or be ¼ inch long.

Please come freshly showered, free from lotions or oils, and in loose-fitting clothes made from cotton materials.

Cease shaving or tweezing the desired area to be waxed.

Avoid exfoliating 48 hours prior to waxing, including use of alpha-hydroxy acids.

You may experience redness, skin irritation, or (uncommon, but possible) heat bumps, blisters, bruising, or pin-dot bleeding from hair follicles.
I Do Not Recommend Waxing If:

If you are taking Retin A or Acutane, waxing services cannot be performed. Skin care products that contain glycolic acids or alpha hydroxy acids must be discontinued 3-5 days before the waxing service.

You are using any topical medication for the treatment of your skin.

You are pregnant and have never had waxing done before.

You are diabetic.

Your skin is overly sensitive, dry or thin.
